Equipment loan periods are as follows:
For the Day: from 9am- 4:50pm (Equipment Room operating hours).
Overnight: Checked out during our 2pm- 5pm shift to be returned the next day no later than 12:30pm.
Weekend: Checked out Friday during our 2pm- 5pm shift to be returned the following Monday no later than 12:30pm.
Extended: a period of time longer than over the weekend; must be pre-approved using the online Special Equipment Request form.
